FALLS CHURCH, Va.   –  Would you like to help tricare.mil become even more helpful to you and your family members? Do you have ideas that will improve the look and content of the website? The Defense Health Agency Usability Lab needs participants to give feedback on how TRICARE conveys benefit information to tricare.mil users.
The DHA Usability Lab kicked off the first tricare.mil usability study in September 2025. It is now launching a second phase of a study to improve the TRICARE website. This study will be conducted from Dec. 29, 2025, through Feb. 28, 2026. For this phase, the lab is seeking more participants from the following groups:
