This one is shrouded in secrecy...

A US Embassy naval officer died on the premises in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, on October 2, 2025, and the cause of death remains unknown. Local police were blocked from investigating the incident due to diplomatic immunity, and the U.S. Embassy assumed control of the situation. The Embassy doctor confirmed the death, and the body was transported from the scene on October 4, 2025.

However, the Trinidad & Tobago Guardian claims that the Navy Officer died by suicide.
