RMKS/1.  Pursuant to court order, the Department of the Navy
(DON) is enjoined from implementing references (a) through (d).
In accordance with the guidance in reference (e), implementation of reference 
(f) is paused, to include implementation of associated Navy and Marine Corps 
directives (NAVADMIN 055/25 and MARADMIN 128/25).  Department of the Navy 
personnel will take no further action to implement references (a), (b), (c), 
(d), and (f), pending further direction.

2.  Voluntary and involuntary separations pursuant to references (a) through 
(f) are paused until further notice.

3.  Exceptions to policy revoked pursuant to paragraph 2 of reference (f) are 
reinstated pending further guidance.

4.  Policies outlined in paragraph 3 of reference (f) affecting the 
appointment, enlistment, or induction of personnel into the DON are paused 
pending further guidance.

5.  Personnel on administrative absence pursuant to paragraph 6 of reference 
(f) shall be notified of the pause in implementation of references (a), (b), 
(c), (d), and (f) and be recalled, unless the individual affirmatively 
requests continuation of administrative absence and the first flag or general 
officer in the individual's chain of command assesses that maintaining such 
absence is in the best interests of the unit and the member.  Any 
administrative absence continued in accordance with this ALNAV shall be 
reviewed every 30 days by the first flag or general officer in the 
individual's chain of command to ensure it remains in the best interests of 
the unit and the member.
