Pursuant to court order, the Department of the Navy (DON) is enjoined from implementing references (a) through (d). Any administrative absence continued in accordance with this ALNAV shall be reviewed every 30 days by the first flag or general officer in the individual's chain of command to ensure it remains in the best interests of the unit and the member. 6.
