CFL/ACFLs, - A New PHA is NOT Required When an Existing PHA is Current, If a member has completed a PHA within the previous 12 months and subsequently requires medical clearance as a result of PARFQ responses, a Not Within Standards (NWS) BCA, or a failed PRT in preparation for a Bad Day PRT, the member is responsible for coordinating the appropriate medical appointment through their medical department. JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii — A Navy Region Hawaii Sailor made military history during a commissioning ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Oct. 1, 2026, marking the official establishment of the Navy’s newest officer community. Yeoman 1st Class Anthony Jaslow was pinned with the single gold bar of a Warrant Officer 1, becoming one of the first Sailors in Navy history selected for the newly established Executive Support Technician (EST) community.

A United States Navy servicemember was arrested in Virginia after Florida police discovered that his online conversations with two supposed minors warranted a criminal investigation. What the servicemember apparently didn't know was that the people on the other end of those conversations were actually undercover detectives investigating online child exploitation.
