    • CFL/ACFLs,   To support the successful execution of PFA Cycle-2, seven Physical Readiness Program (PRP) Guides have been updated incorporating direct feedback from the Fleet during Cycle-1. Required Action: All CFLs, ACFLs, and CNIC MWR Fitness Instructors must review the following updated guides (all dated JUN 2026): Guide-1:  PRP Policies Guide-3:  CFL/ACFL and Member’s Responsibilities Guide-4:  Body Composition Assessment (BCA) Guide-5B:  Policies and Fitness Testing for Combat Arms Occupations Guide-6:  Medical Clearance and Waiver Management Guide-7:  PRIMS Administration Guide-8:  Managing PFA Records for Pregnant Sailors *PRIMS Updates: - Medical Waiver Entry Causing PFA Results Issue.  A system bug is causing newly entered PFA data with a medical waiver to display as "Incomplete" for the BCA and/or a failure with a “0” for the PRT, dependent on what event is being medically waived and regardless of the order that the waiver is entered.  We anticipate the issue will be resolved with next system update scheduled on 2 Jul.   PFA Cycle-2 2026 has been released.  CFL/ACFLs are highly encouraged to verify all command members have a Cycle-2 reflected in PRIMS. For members who do not generate Cycle-2, please verify by taking the following steps: Step-1:  Is the Sailor gained to the UIC?  (Yes or No)   Step-2:  Is the Sailor gained into a Dept and/or Division?  (Yes or No)   Step-3:  Transfer the affected Sailor and regain them strictly to the UIC.  Can you see them now? If YES:  Proceed to Step-4. If NO:  Stop here. Email the CFL DODID, Sailor(s) DODID(s), and UIC(s) to askmncc@us.navy.mil and indicate that Step-3 failed.   Step-4:  Add the member to the required Dept.  Can you see them now? If YES:  Proceed to Step-5. If NO:  Stop here. Email the CFL DODID, Sailor(s) DODID(s), UIC, and Dept to askmncc@us.navy.mil and indicate that Step-4 failed.   Step-5:  Add the member to the required Division.  Can you see them now? If YES:  Issue resolved (Good to go). If NO:  Stop here.  Email the CFL DODID, Sailor(s) DODID(s), UIC, and Division to askmncc@us.navy.mil and indicate that Step-5 failed. Combat Fitness Assessment (CFA) Functionality Released.  The CFA for Combat Arms personnel in Cycle-2 is available for CFL/ACFL data entry.  Combat Arms CFL/ACFLs should verify that all Combat Arms personnel are displaying a CFA record for Cycle-2. Terminology Change to Accommodate PFA/CFA. This system change allows for general labeling of the CFA and PFA: FA = Fitness Assessment FT = Fitness Test Updated PRP FAQ (July 2026).  You are highly encouraged to review the PRP FAQs. These are questions directly from Sailors in the Fleet and answered by the PRP Office with the proper references.
