FALLS CHURCH, Va. – Military families can have a wide range of needs—and TRICARE has special programs to serve them. One of these programs is the Extended Care Health Option. ECHO is available to eligible active duty family members with special needs. It offers health care benefits beyond what other TRICARE plans offer. “There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution to health care.
