ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - A Navy JROTC instructor wanted for sexual assault turned himself in to Henry County Jail on Tuesday morning, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Rodney Freeman, an instructor at Union Grove High School, was first reported missing on Dec. 18. But police later said the 56-year-old was accused of offering a 17-year-old female student a ride to work and assaulting her at his McDonough home.
