RMKS/1.  This NAVADMIN announces the winners of the Danyelle Luckey Sacred 
Trust award in accordance with reference (a).  The Navy Surgeon General 
established the Danyelle Luckey Sacred Trust Award to recognize Hospital 
Corpsmen who demonstrate extraordinary effort toward compassionate, patient-
centered approach to advocacy, safety, and process improvement initiatives to 
enhance Navy Medicine and the care we provide our servicemembers and loved 
ones.  These awardees epitomize the Navy's core values of Honor, Courage, and 
Commitment by embracing a 'Get Real, Get Better' mentality and adhering to 
High Reliability Organization principles.  They continuously assess 
situations, identify potential problems, and openly communicate challenges. 
Their unwavering focus on improvement in knowledge, skills, and processes 
ensures exceptional patient-centered care.  By meticulously focusing on 
safety, risk mitigation, and teamwork, they achieve consistently positive 
patient outcomes, exemplifying the Navy's core values in action.

Corpsmen as the recipients of the CY23 Danyelle Luckey Sacred Trust Award.
