The Professional Military Knowledge Eligibility Exam (PMK-EE) is now available as a mobile application! Sailors can download from Google Play or the Apple Store - search for "PMK-EE" to download the app to your device. Sailors can complete the exam on a phone or tablet, then enter their DOD ID to transmit the results to the Navy Training Management and Planning System (NTMPS) / Electronic Training Jacket (ETJ). 

PMK-EE is an advancement eligibility requirement for the upcoming Active Duty E4-E6 advancement cycle (Sep 2019). E4 Sailors who advance by Meritorious Advancement Program, Auto-Advance A school or Career Waypoint Professional Career Track enlistment prior to 1 September 2019 are not required to complete the PMK-EE. Reserve Sailors must complete PMK-EE before February 1, 2020 to be eligible for advancement in Cycle 106.
