CFL/ACFLs,  

NEW NAVMED 6110/5. The Combat Fitness Assessment Medical Clearance/Waiver form (NAVMED 6110/5) is now available online via the Navy Medicine Directives webpage.

Effective Communication.  You are responsible for ensuring PRIMS Command Information is complete and accurate. To learn how to edit Command Information use PRIMS Training Courses. Ensure you utilize your official Navy email address when submitting MNCC requests and for all correspondence with the PRP office.
