BUPERS Online (BOL) and other personnel systems will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST) on Aug. 21, 2026, to 7 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST) on Sept. 2, 2026, due to infrastructure modernization efforts on the servers that support these systems.

Sailors planning to submit Letters to the Board (LTB) or other correspondence should do so before Aug. 20 because BOL will be offline after that date. Any changes to the correspondence timelines for Admin Boards scheduled for August and September will be communicated through board sponsor channels.

  • Starts: Aug. 21 - 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST)
  • Ends: Sept. 2 - 7 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST)
