GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A former Navy and Marine Corps Reserve Center in Grand Rapids is up for sale, the U.S. General Services Administration announced Wednesday.

The bidding for the $1.5-million property has already begun and ends in 55 days, on July 15, according to a countdown on the federal government’s real estate website. The sale is in an effort to “consolidate the federal real estate portfolio,” the GSA wrote in a release.
