Tom Cotton of Arkansas said he saw the survivors “trying to flip a boat loaded with drugs bound for United States back over so they could stay in the fight.” How could you flip over a boat that was just bombed by the U.S. Navy? If that were ever the case the Navy would needs to go back to the drawing board and build a better bomb. -
