This is what irritates me the most. Some grown adults, taxpayers, voters... totally believe this thing about the "Deep State" as well as the supposed cabal of shadowy elites who run the country, along with its army of unelected government bureaucrats.

One thing for sure. With Doge, we certainly do have an army of unelected government bureaucrats.

If you are one of those people who believe this, please ask "Where is the evidence?"

This administration has eroded what was the greatest democracy on this planet and has diminished our free speech and due process among many other things. I do believe Epstein is evil and needs to be investigated but trump is just as evil and should be investigated as well. Worship the Constitution, not a felon.

The Trump administration's sweeping "transparency" crusade has electrified MAGA loyalists eager to see "Deep State" officials and Jeffrey Epstein's alleged clients paraded to prison.

Now, some of President Trump's most prominent supporters say he must deliver to maintain that unity.

Why it matters: Under pressure for his handling of the Epstein case, Trump is taking a big swing at MAGA's biggest bogeymen — the supposed cabal of shadowy elites who run the country, along with its army of unelected government bureaucrats.

      Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy James Honea Announces Retirement

      Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) James Honea will retire from the United States Navy on September 12, 2025, after 38 years of faithful service to our nation. “It has been a profound privilege and honor to serve as your MCPON,” said Honea. “I will carry with me the countless memories of meeting Sailors across the Fleet, hearing about your remarkable achievements, as well as the level of trust you placed in me to advocate for you and your families. During my tenure it has been my mission to remove barriers and improve the quality of life for you and your family.” MCPON Honea assumed the role as the 16th MCPON on September 8, 2022. Throughout his tenure, he championed efforts to make Sailors stronger, smarter, and better valued—both through direct engagement with Sailors and their families, and through strategic advocacy on Capitol Hill. His collaborative work with Congress and Department of Defense policy makers contributed to significant legislative achievements and quality of life impacts, including a historic 15 percent pay increase for junior enlisted ranks (E-1 to E-4), as well as improvements in unaccompanied housing, medical care, spouse employment, and childcare services. Within the Navy, MCPON Honea drove initiatives to enhance enlisted leadership development, naval education, and performance evaluations—highlighted by the recent update to the Chief Petty Officer evaluation system earlier this year. “Since 1775, the United States Navy has been operating forward to defend our nation and defeat those who challenge our freedom. Every one of you embody the fighting spirit, honoring the legacy of those who came before you. As I embark on the next chapter of my life, I will forever cherish the impact you’ve had on me and look forward to crossing paths with you again in the Fleet.”

      NAVAL STATION NORFOLK, Va. (July 23, 2025) — In a pivotal step to strengthen the Navy’s strategic shore infrastructure and enhance warfighting readiness, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) hosted its first-ever Senior Enlisted Training Symposium, this week at Naval Station Norfolk, to bring Navy leaders and installation professionals from across the Shore Enterprise to discuss ownership, warfighting and readiness. Vice Adm. Scott Gray, Commander, Navy Installations Command, and Force Master Chief Andre Brown, CNIC’s senior enlisted leader, were key participants, emphasizing the command's commitment to integrating the invaluable perspectives of senior enlisted leaders into its strategic planning, and warfighting mission. “Our installations are not just physical locations; they are the strategic launchpads for our Fleet, foundational to warfighting readiness,” said Vice Adm. Gray. “By aligning our base operations with Fleet priorities and empowering our leaders on the ground, we ensure the Navy remains agile, resilient, and prepared to meet any challenge, anywhere in the world.” The symposium served as a direct demonstration of CNIC’s ownership and proactive approach to managing the Navy’s global Shore Enterprise. Discussions centered on improving mission support, adapting infrastructure and services to meet the needs of a dynamic security environment, enhancing quality of life for Sailors and their families, and ensuring installations evolve to meet current and future Fleet requirements. “Investing in quality of service is critical to ensuring a stronger, more resilient and effective Navy. Our business is the Fleet, Fighter, and Family – and none of that happens without taking care of our people,” said Force Master Chief Brown. “This symposium provided a vital platform for our senior enlisted leaders to see challenges, collaborate on solutions, and share best practices directly with leadership, ensuring their voices drive tangible improvements across our installations.” By fostering direct collaboration between installation leaders and senior enlisted advisors, the symposium strengthened the Navy’s ability to deliver results. It underscored CNIC’s unwavering commitment to continuously improving the infrastructure and support systems that directly enable the Fleet to operate forward and win. Commander, Navy Installations Command is responsible for worldwide U.S. Navy Shore installation management, designing and developing integrated solutions for sustainment and development of Navy shore infrastructure as well as quality of life programs.
