CFL/ACFLs,

  • Updated PRP FAQ (JUN 2025) - Please review and use it as a reference when you have any questions/issues.
  • PRIMS LOC with a CSV upload request - The number of incorrect CSV documents being submitted with format errors is growing. Please review your CSV before submitting.

Common errors observed:

  • Case sensitivity: Some entries do not follow the required upper/lower-case format.
  • Cycle listed in the incorrect format & spacing.
  • Dates: Formatting, dates must be in the cycle dates.
  • Medical waivers: not completely filled out and PRTs incomplete when partial medical waivers are entered.
  • ACM value should be blank.
  • Weight in the Cardio column should be blank.
  • Not spelling out RUN/WALK and only putting Run for cardio.

Tip of The Month
Reminder: CFLs can upload CSVs for during the 2025 PFA cycle.  Please do not wait to enter Command PFA data after the close out of the cycle and submit CSV with an LOC.

      VA Doctors Can Refuse to Treat Vets Based on “Gender Ideology,” “National Origin,” “Politics,” and “Marital Status” After Trump Order

      Doctors and other medical professionals working for the Department of Veterans Affairs can now refuse to treat Democrats and unmarried veterans. VA hospital bylaws previously barred medical staff from discriminating against patients “on the basis of race, age, color, sex, religion, national origin, politics, marital status or disability in any employment matter,” The Guardian reported. But now, in response to President Donald Trump’s January executive order on “gender ideology,” “national origin,” “politics,” and “marital status” have been removed from the list, allowing medical staff to deny treatment based on their personal politics, according to the newspaper.
