Paul Walczak’s pardon application cited his mother’s support for the president, including raising millions of dollars and a connection to a plot to publicize a Biden family diary.

Mr. Walczak, a former nursing home executive who had pleaded guilty to tax crimes days after the 2024 election, submitted a pardon application to President Trump around Inauguration Day. The application focused not solely on Mr. Walczak’s offenses but also on the political activity of his mother, Elizabeth Fago.

      CFL/ACFLs, As a reminder, the PRP Office no longer assists with placing Sailors in transfer status in PRIMS, except in a few case-by-case circumstances. Per PRP Guide-7, CFLs and ACFLs are responsible for ensuring members are placed in transfer status before they detach from their current command. If a Sailor arrives at a new command without being placed in transfer status, CFLs and ACFLs must make every effort to contact the previous command’s CFL, ACFL, CO, XO, or CMC for assistance. If contact attempts are unsuccessful, please provide documentation of these efforts along with your transfer assistance request to askmncc.fct@navy.mil. Please note that this responsibility lies with the CFL/ACFL, not the member.
