All Department of Defense civilians will need to respond to an email from the Office of Personnel Management requiring them to list five things they did in the past week, according to Thursday Pentagon guidance, reviewed by USNI News.

The OPM email will come on Monday, and civilian employees will have 48 hours to respond with their five things and copy their supervisor, according to the guidance, signed by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
