signify receipt of the RPPEA and may paint their command anchor(s)
gold until release of the following year's award announcement
message. Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) will provide
commendation certificates via Commander, Navy Reserve Forces
Command (CNRFC) for all qualifying commands.
