Since quotas been out any rumors about results coming out before the 6th of September

I’m ready for Monday to come and go already lol I just wanna know either way at this point either I pick up or I move back on to another stressful LPO spot for another year

Hopefully they come out early this week would like to see them..starting to get a little antsy now that the board is convened and now we just play the waiting game until oct 4th.. plus all of our departmental moves won’t happen until they are released..so I’m ready to find out either way lol

I know you can’t tell too much about the process but any common things u noticed on LTBs either good or bad? And what about career summary letters any preference? Just looking for insight and keep the discussion going appreciate it

Might as well rip the bandaid off and get this started. Less than two months to the exam so let’s all get in these books and at least make sure we do our part and get sbe.

During the Cnp townhall today they said they are behind and won’t have them out till between thanksgiving and xmas

With Hampton roads going back into HPCON Charlie I wonder how that is going affect the season especially with it changing on the day that they come out

This is very true because I feel like even with this “planned” break in between the season for one on one training everybody isn’t going to follow it and want or expect you to spend the time away from your family during the holidays. Good luck to you as well I know we all anxious to just know one way or the other lol. Anybody else’s command also not letting people doing lpo/first class turnovers until after results come out so they don’t have to move people again? Even though we was supposed to turn over in September

Eh 20% doesn’t seem to bad lol hopefully these results come out sooner than later and we know around thanksgiving already started studying though since the test is around the corner

Has anybody tried the ESSB out yet? I was just checking it out earlier to try and get my letter to the board template created to print out for my package to send to some people but when adding enclosure it says after two that the file space has been reached. Trying to figure out how to send the 10+ enclosures in one letter to the board.

Good luck to everybody tomorrow hopefully we will see a bunch of “S” in here. I’m TAD to Reno, NV this week so I won’t be there at work when they let everybody know so I’ll just be waiting around for a phone call hopefully

I know me personally I sent mine in because I felt they were important to my career and ladr and didn’t want to risk them getting overlooked. I can at least say I know that stuff for sure got looked at even if I don’t get picked at least I can feel like I did my part versus wondering what if something got missed somehow since we are all human.

Yea I’m expecting to get redistributed if I get lucky and pick up since I’m in not even checked in yet to the boat
