  1. I was one of those "submit everything". It works, I was selected. Bottom line is, if it is important to you and you want the board to see it..............then make it an enclosure!!
  2. The board fully understands that after you sign your eval in November, you may gain additional roles and responsibilities. It is just something that hasn't been quantified on an eval. It is not looked at as a negative.
  3. Submit anything to the board that you want them to see or anything that you want to address.
  4. I have always been a supporter of the big three getting a look before everyone else. It makes it quicker to identify who did or did not make the cut vice waiting for the Sailor to print out the profile sheet.
  5. Of course, I posted it awhile ago. It is on page three of this thread.
  6. I had NJP in 2013. I addressed it in my LTB on the cover page under the list of enclosures. I was selected. FC-38 is common on boards and it is briefed to everyone. The board wants to see what you did after the NJP, that is what counts the most!! It took me 19 years to get selected and six years to get out of the penalty box.
  7. 3.95 may be closer to the upper end vice middle of the pack. Test score should balance it out though.
  8. RFMSS is a scheduling tool used by commands for scheduling range use. As far as training, you would need to seek out who does the qualifications for the base you are at. Often times commands are limited ammunition for training and qualification so you would have to provide a need to use their ammo.
  9. NJP can be performed regardless of a civilian conviction. Talk with you command legal rep for all the in's and out's. I had NJP in 2013. In my letter to the board I addressed it right below the enclosures.
  10. Now that the season is over. If anyone needs help with anything, just let me know and I will do my best. This forum has done a lot for me over the years.
  11. Assuming your TRIAD is able to access the results, yes they would know.
  12. If you get the “H”, then your command will know about it and in turn notify you of what needs to be taken care of
  13. Sorry for not being able to get on sooner. I got the “S” today. Skipper, XO, CMC called me this morning. This was my 11th time and I’ve been in 19.7 years. Stay the course, lead and take care of Sailors.
  14. you get education points for those courses. the more courses completed means more points. I'm not sure if they specifically value one over the other or if there is a right combination of them
  15. I checked them this morning. no update
  16. I've done it a few times. it never populates the data early
  17. A friend on the ship said they overheard the CMC and XO talking about Thursday for TRIAD
  18. you don't have to send anything. There are a lot of reasons why people send in packages.
