VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A woman is suing Liberty Military Housing for $1 million after she claims they failed to fix her garage door, which ended up falling on her and causing permanent injuries. Tiffany Smith claims that in 2023, while living at a Liberty Military Housing property on Rustic Arbor Way in Virginia Beach, the garage door fell on her neck, causing what she calls "permanent injuries."
