    • CFL/ACFLs, As a reminder, the PRP Office no longer assists with placing Sailors in transfer status in PRIMS, except in a few case-by-case circumstances.  Per PRP Guide-7, CFLs and ACFLs are responsible for ensuring members are placed in transfer status before they detach from their current command. If a Sailor arrives at a new command without being placed in transfer status, CFLs and ACFLs must make every effort to contact the previous command’s CFL, ACFL, CO, XO, or CMC for assistance. If contact attempts are unsuccessful, please provide documentation of these efforts along with your transfer assistance request to askmncc.fct@navy.mil. Please note that this responsibility lies with the CFL/ACFL, not the member. Additionally, CFLs, please ensure that your command’s contact information—including an updated email and phone number—is current and accessible for other CFLs and ACFLs seeking assistance.
