Still need to submit LTB for award and eval. More excited about planning my retirement in a few years than doing stuff for a board that I won't make rank. To much politics and high school drama in the mess.
Please don't quit, I made it in my 20th year. I felt the same way. One foot in and one foot out. Give it 100% until the end. At least no one can say you didn't give it your all.

I have a question, if I am #4 of 20, when do I get paid?

@ChristianSubmarine, doing 22 years, hopefully more.

@ChristianSubmarine, I understand them. I am also passed 20 and my anxiety is off the charts. It never gets old. Hope for the best for everyone.

@ChristianSubmarine, I haven't heard anything. That would be great though.

@DocMix Nah I just keep it moving. I get more upset when I see who makes it. After a few days I get over it. At the end of the day, it is ok to retire as a 1st Class.

Now to wait 37 days for results. I wish they would just pull the Band-Aid off.

I got my ticket again.

Anyone have insight to having duplicate NAMs in OMPF? I scrubbed my record a year ago SEP and gave admin all the docs to update my OMPF to match PSR. In JAN all those records were fixed and everything lined up but the award entries didn’t match any names at my command or previous command. I did a once over in June to make sure and submitted my LTB. I did a sanity check today and those awards are now in there twice because the ones I routed to my admin finally were entered in July. Will the board see these recent changes and be able to filter it out, or am I a drop with a very unsat OMPF during the selection boards? Any insight would be helpful.
If you go to the site, it shows you how to request to get those duplicate's deleted. I had two duplicates and it took a week to get it fixed.

They going to get you at the end bro. Last year I was thinking the same, I got selected in my 20th year. I foot in and one foot out. It just made my season more emotional and memorable. Don't give up.
