How are Performance Mark Average (PMA) Points Calculated for E-5 Candidates?

E-5 Candidate's PMA only use the Promotion Recommendation Block (Block 45)

• Early Promote (EP) = 4.0
• Must Promote (MP) = 3.8
• Promotable (P) = 3.6

Use Evaluations Within the Dates Detailed in the Cycle NAVADMIN

Example:

• P & MP Evaluations Fall Within the Eval Dates
• 3.6 + 3.8 = 7.4
• 7.4 / 2 = 3.7
• PMA = 3.7
