Pending Website Upgrade

In a few days NavyAdvancement.com (not the forum side) will be upgraded. It will be dark themed to make it easier on the eyes for you career minded folks. The website should also load faster. After the update, if anyone sees any errors, or has a suggestion, please contact me. One thing I'd like to improve on are the Bib references. If anyone has any current Bib references please let me know and please include the rate.
