Navy petty officer is now a person of interest in 5-year-old daughter's disappearance

Recommended Posts

Having ceased cooperating with police in her daughter’s disappearance, the mother of 5-year-old Taylor Rose Williams is now considered a person of interest, police announced Monday.

Florida police and numerous other agencies are searching tirelessly for the girl, who was last seen in her Jacksonville bedroom around midnight Tuesday but was not there Wednesday morning, according to her mother, Brianna Williams. But after investigators questioned “inconsistencies” in her statement, the U.S. Navy petty officer first class stopped talking and has remained at the Tactical Operations Center Naval Air Station in Jacksonville, police said. https://www.stripes.com/news/us/navy-petty-officer-is-now-a-person-of-interest-in-5-year-old-daughter-s-disappearance-1.607003
