Issues with submitting PMK-EE App completion emails to FLTMPS

Many Sailors have called with questions about not being able to submit PMK-EE App completion emails to FLTMPS. Please try the below options to fix the PMK-EE certification submission issue.

Fix 1. The PMK-EE was configured to work with the iPhone’s native Mail app.
1) Download the Mail app (search “Mail” in the App Store, if you’ve deleted it)
2) Sign-in to your email account
3) Retry sending your completion through the PMK-EE app. If still grayed out, follow additional steps for Fix 2.

Fix 2. After you’ve logged-in or if you already use the native Mail app, you may need to enable the mail function by following these steps:
1) Go to Settings> Passwords & Accounts
2) Under ACCOUNTS, select your email and check that the toggle for Mail is turned on (the switch should be green. Please check for each email account, if you have multiple in your phone)
3) Retry sending your completion through the PMK-EE App
