Former Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary David Shulkin used a government car for his wife and occasionally used an agency driver as her chauffeur on the driver’s personal time in violation of ethics guidelines, according to a new inspector general report.

Additionally, security details for leadership at the VA were mismanaged and exposed the former secretary to lapses in protection, according to the report. https://abcnews.go.com/beta-story-container/Politics/va-secretary-wife-unethically-govt-resources-report/story?id=60448035
