U.S. Navy ships preparing to leave Hampton Roads as Florence approaches

NORFOLK
With Tropical Storm Florence headed for the East Coast, the U.S. Navy has ordered ships in Hampton Roads to prepare to leave port on Monday. “Our ships can better weather storms of this magnitude when they are underway,” said U.S. Fleet Forces Commander Adm.
