Congressman who resigned in scandal won't rejoin Navy after a congresswoman's inquiry

A former Pennsylvania congressman and reserve Navy officer who resigned from both of his positions last year in the midst of a scandal involving an extramarital affair said he will not attempt to rejoin the military, two days after a lawmaker asked the Pentagon about the issue.
