Fleet Reserve request

My fleet reserve request has been put in around early February via NSIPS. It says it has been to the reserve ecm, rating assignment officer, r and s enlisted detailing branch head and now routed to enlisted community manager. It has been at the ecmnow for a week and a half. Who else needs to look at this before it gets approved? I am active duty and just wondering the process.any help is appreciated.
