  1. An updated Advancement Exam Readiness Review (AERR) schedule is available for download. Chief, Senior Chief and Master Chief Petty Officers are needed to represent their rating as an occupational subject matter expert. AERR panels review exam questions and statistics after they have been administered to improve exam banks, while also writing new questions, reviewing reference material and verifying topic and subtopic weightings for the exam. Contact your type commander or rating resource sponsor if you want to be considered for an AERR panel, and refer to NAVADMIN 229/17.
