My Prd is April 2013, My EAOS is Dec 2013 which means i start applying for its at April 2012 i get six looks, what happens if i don't get picked up on those six looks, i will have more than a year left on my contract will i get six more looks starting in Jan 2013. I have asked my career counselor and from what we read on npc's pts section it sounds like Yes six more looks . Just want more advice please , hopeful i don't have to worry about it and this will be my last PTS once approved.

You will need to work closely with your detailer and your Career Counselor throughout this process. This could affect your order selection for your next assignment if not approved before your PRD. Generally speaking, you will be given another six looks. When did you join the Navy (AKA "Year Group")? Realistically, I wouldn't worry about not getting approved if you joined the Navy after 1999. Things change, and I'm not telling you that you are guaranteed a PTS quota, but your pay grade is the single biggest factor for PTS approval. Let me know if you would like more information. Even some Career Counselors I've worked with don't have a firm grasp on the PTS process.
